 H.K. Dangi is an Associate Professor in Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He has earlier worked at FMS Delhi and GGSIP University. His area of research includes business research, analytical marketing and disaster relief chain. His research work has been published in reputed national and international journals. He is author of the book Business Research Methods. He has also conducted workshops on research methods at several reputed institutes. Anuradha Malik is research Scholar in Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. She is holder of UGC-Junior Research Fellowship and has completed her Masters from Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. Her area of research includes consumer behaviour, services marketing and business research. Her research work has been published in reputed journals.
